Jonathan Cloud, Victoria Zelin and Dr. Delton Chen presented Solar Dollars at the MIT SOLVE Hubweek (28 September, 2016), MIT Media Lab,Cambridge, USA. A major new development of the Global 4C policy is mentioned in the presentation: a theory for the Risk Cost of Carbon (RCC).
