Veronica’s Letter to the Hague

Veronica’s Letter – Accepted by the 3rd Hague Peace Conference

The 3rd Hague Peace Conference is historically important as it was originally planned to take place in 1915 to improve international rules and institutions for the prevention of war. The conference was stopped because of the outbreak of World War One. 100 years later, the conference took place at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands, between 1-3 July 2015.

Veronica’s letter describes the basic architecture of Global 4C and how the U.N. Security Council could manage the Global 4C world currency system to mitigate climate change and promote peace and security.
